Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, your project is secured in our production queue. You will receive a projected completion time frame and full-scale drawings, which can be revised to ensure the outcome is exactly as you envisioned. If necessary, we will provide material samples to accurately reflect the final finish. As we focus on one project at a time, we give each custom piece our full attention to ensure the highest standards are achieved.

We maintain constant communication throughout the process. You’ll receive personalized updates as to the timing and state of progress your project is in. Additionally, once construction begins, you are welcome to visit our shop to see your project taking shape, and we will send progress photos as it comes to life.

Installation and delivery is an exciting phase, and we strive to provide a "white glove" experience. If your project requires multiple days for installation, this will be coordinated with you in advance.
